How we handle your materials

You're sending us the thing you've been working on. Here's exactly what happens to it.

We use it to build your report. That's all.

We never share it with investors. Not ours, not anyone's. We're not making introductions and we're not passing your deck around.

We never sell it, and we never use it to train AI models. Anthropic's commercial terms mean material sent through their API isn't used for training.

Who touches it: an automated pipeline that produces your first draft, and Bobby, who reviews it before it's released to you. Nobody else.

Where it lives: in our customer system, and in the document we generate for you. Both are access-controlled.

How long we keep it: your report stays in your portal for 24 months so you can come back to it. Your original materials are kept for 12 months in case you order a Second Look.

Want it gone? Email [email protected] and we'll delete your materials and your report. We'll confirm when it's done.
