InvestorOnramp is a service of Days Full of Purpose LLC ("we," "us"), a California limited liability company located at 850 Beech St, San Diego, CA 92101. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name and industry, and the materials you send us — which may include notes, business summaries, pitch decks, one-pagers, and links to documents you host elsewhere.
Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only a confirmation, the last four digits, and the billing details Stripe passes to us.
Information collected automatically: basic usage data such as pages visited and approximate location derived from IP address, used to operate and improve the site.

To contact you about your order and respond to your questions
To process your payment
To meet our legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or share your business materials. We do not send your materials to investors.
How your materials are processed
Your submitted materials are processed using artificial intelligence provided by Anthropic, and are then reviewed against our own assessment framework before your report is released.
Your materials are not used to train AI models. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, content submitted through their API is not used for model training.
Who we share information with
We share only what is necessary, and only with service providers who process it on our behalf:
Stripe — payment processing
GoHighLevel — customer records, portal, email delivery
Zapier — connecting the systems that produce your report
Anthropic — AI analysis of your materials
Google (Docs and Drive) — generating and storing your report document
We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information and your report for 24 months after your last order, so you can return to your portal and so we can support a Second Look. We keep your original submitted materials for 12 months. You can ask us to delete either sooner.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
Give you a copy of the information we hold about you
Correct anything inaccurate
Delete your information and your materials
Stop using your information for a particular purpose
If you are in the UK, the EU, or the EEA, you also have the right to receive your data in a portable format, to object to processing, and to complain to your national data protection authority. Our legal basis for processing is the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.
If you are in California, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.

International transfers
We operate from the United States, and our service providers process data in the United States. If you are outside the US, your information is transferred there. Our providers maintain appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Cookies
We use cookies necessary to operate the site and to keep you signed in to your portal. We use basic analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may stop working.
Children
This service is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If we make a significant change, we'll update the date at the top and, where the change is material, email customers with an active order.
