Terms of Service
Last updated: September 8, 2026

These terms govern your purchase and use of InvestorOnramp, a service of Days Full of Purpose LLC. By buying an IES Build & Review, you agree to them.

What you're buying

An IES Build & Review™ is a written assessment of the materials you send us, and an Investor Executive Summary built from them. It includes:

  • A 1-Page IES — an investor-facing Investor Executive Summary built from your material

  • A Founder Memo — what's working, what's missing, and what to fix first

  • A Raise-Ready Score — a scored breakdown across the categories investors assess

We aim to deliver within 24 hours of receiving your materials.

What you are not buying — please read this

This is not investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice. It is one experienced investor's assessment of how your materials read.

We are not offering to invest in your company, and we are not raising money for you. We are not a broker-dealer, we are not registered as an investment adviser, and nothing we provide is a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security.

We do not guarantee that you will raise capital, that any investor will respond, or that your score will improve. Fundraising outcomes depend on many things outside our control and outside our knowledge.

We do not introduce you to investors as part of this service.

Your materials

You keep all rights to everything you send us. You confirm that you have the right to send it, and that doing so doesn't breach anyone else's confidentiality or intellectual property.

You give us permission to use your materials solely to produce your report, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your report

When your report is delivered, it's yours. Use it, edit it, and send it to investors freely.

Please don't resell it, republish it as a template, or present it as the work of anyone other than yourself.

How we produce it

Your materials are analyzed using artificial intelligence and reviewed against our assessment framework before release. We tell you this openly because it's how we deliver in 24 hours at this price.

Confidentiality

We treat your materials as confidential. We don't share them with investors, we don't sell them, and we don't publish them. If we ever want to use your report as a public example, we will ask you first and in writing.

Refunds

If your report doesn't give you at least three specific, actionable things to fix, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full. No argument, no forms.

A Second Look is refundable on the same terms.

Acceptable use

Don't send us anything unlawful, anything that isn't yours to send, or anything designed to interfere with the service. We may decline or cancel an order and refund it.

Availability

We do our best to hit 24 hours. Occasionally something breaks. If your report is going to be late, we'll email you. Delay is not itself grounds for a refund beyond the guarantee above.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost funding, lost business opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
